Excellent, a lot of good information. I wonder if the detail of some of the MOA's, though, may a bit too detailed for a tech. As a retired pharmacist, teaching at a vo-tech school, I find I skip some of the intense detail as the students get that "glazed" look and it really is not pertinent to their level of education. Overall, a wonderful text I highly recommend.

I've used about half of this so far, for the first year of my two year program. This book is pretty dense and does a fair job of including both Canadian and American brand names in its drug tables.

This is an excellent basic-level pharmacology books, ideal for pharmacy-technicians and other allied health professionals. Provides clear reviews of drug, with just enough the right background information to understand them. Current and most drugs up to date.
