Like that this rain gauge comes with a mount. Easy to install and easy to empty. Seems to be accurate for keeping track of precipitation. The water also magnifies the numbers, making it easy to read how many inches of rain we got.

The only minor complaint is that the screws are made of a soft metal and are very easy to strip the heads. A few cents more for better screws would have earned five stars.

This rain gage has big, clear numbers and can be read from a ways off. It was easy to install. The hardest part for me is remembering to empty it between rain events.
