The same product as seen on the advertised
The size is very good for a family of 4 people. I cook everything rice, beef, chicken etc. So far so good.

Good quality non stick pan
I bought these after they were recommended on America test kitchens youtube review (after getting rid of our previous non stick pans because of worries about PFAs). Theyve performed very nicely, causing no problems with sticking at all. Cooks evenly and im happy with the results. Very easy to clean. They were pretty expensive so I drive my girlfriend a bit nuts making sure that she is super gentle with them and only ever uses wooden spatulas. I've had them for about 2 months and haven't seen any degradation in the surface yetThe larger pan can just about handle enough food for dinner for 2 people, but couldn't really hold anything larger than that (we're both medium-size eaters)I do wish they came with lids. None of our previous pans lids fit onto these perfectly so we either have to leave them open or put a large lid on, which drips water onto the stove-top

Absolute JUNK!
These are NOT non-stick. After just a few uses, they become almost impossible to clean. Even if I pour oil into the pan before frying a simple egg, there is gunk stuck to the bottom of the pan afterwards.NOT RECOMMENDED!

Looked decent but chipped in transit due to poor packing so returned unused
They were really poorly packed by the warehouse in a big box so the two pans banged together and were chipped on arrival. The warehouse packing in the box was completely inadequate but actually the way the manufacturer designed the product packaging is not really appropriate for courier delivery. The small pan sits inside the larger pan with just a thin cardboard disc to separate small from large pan. They are held together by a cardboard sleeve which is quote thin so allows the pans to shift (and in ours the cardboard disc had slid out too so there was nothing to stop the small pan from rubbing on the non-stick of the large pan.Cannot comment on the non-stickiness therefore but they looked smart, sturdy and well made.If we see them in a store, we'll happily buy them after checking they have not been damaged in transit..

Not worth
Just used for 3 months, it sticks like hell.

Do not buy this pan, it does not stay non-stick.
Despite taking great care with use and cleaning, after less than 3 months the pan’s non stick properties began to reduce, after about 4 months it became pretty much useless for most types of frying. I wish I had taken note of the many reviews that stated this. I do not recommend it.

Poor
Poor non-stick, lasted a couple of months. 4 months later and I'm getting rid of it.

Excellent frying pan
I've been looking for non-stick pans to replace the older ones that use PFAS and other toxic chemicals and stumbled across this one. It's still early days, I've only had it a few weeks but so far this pan is outstanding! It is very well made, solid, heavy duty, almost commercial quality, really. One of the nicest frying pans I've ever used. The non-stick surface has been amazing. Eggs, melted cheese, everything just slides right out without sticking. Just follow the instructions. Hand wash only. Don't use pan spray! There is apparently something in most pan sprays that can cause the surface of the pan to deteriorate. Put a bit of oil or butter in the pan before putting the food in. Cleaning it is ridiculously easy because nothing sticks to it in the first place. A quick wipe in soapy water using regular dish soap and it's clean.

good construction
The pan is nice & deep. My husband is the cook & the only thing he mentions the most is that the handles do get fairly hot to touch as does the handle on the lid. The old pan we had also had metal handles but they didn't seem to get as hot. Otherwise, cleans up awesome in the d/w.

Green Pan is highly ranked, preferred, and it's for a good reason
They say that people really do read reviews. I agree as I am one of those people. I also write reviews, not for every product, but definitely for those products that warrant a review. Green Pans Valencia series is one such product. I purchased these pans and pots to replace two other sets of non-stick we have. One is an original Emeril Lagasse set from 2004. Shows how good those pans were. The other a Gotham Steel Copper set from 2018, not so good. I felt it was time for a unified looking set and I had just watched America's Test Kitchen review cookware. They're top pick for non-stick was the Green Pan Valencia series. Consumer Reports rated them very highly as well. I had a simple set of Green Pans shortly after they came out on the market in 2013 in the second home we had. Our youngest son has them now, so I was already familiar with the brand. It was the Gotham Stell ones that replaced those pans. But as I noted, they weren't as good as the Green Pans or The Emeril set. So, when Amazon had a sale on the Green Pans, I pulled the trigger. We've had the pans now for a couple of weeks and followed the pre-use instructions. First, they got a light wash. Then, on their first use they were heated on a medium heat for a minute or two before any oil was added. By adding oil, I mean a tablespoon or less. To date they have been wipe out clean after frying. Just like on TV. They are very substantive in the hands, but not heavy. They heat evenly and there is no noted running of liquids or oils to one side or the other showing the pans are flat. They are rated for all types of cooking surfaces, but we have electric and have noted the setting of the stove is a little lower on all burners, indicative of a good thorough heating material. I hope to get a couple of decades out of this set. But I do note, my wife kept a couple of the small 8 inch Emeril pans for eggs.

It’s a versatile winner
After a lot of research, I selected this model to fill a variety of needs: no long handle for easy storage, glass lid, and big enough to cook a big meal. I already knew from friends that this Valencia Pro collection was very good quality to make cleaning easy. The only drawback is the recommendation not to use extra virgin olive oil to prevent a gummy buildup.I’ve had this everyday pan for over a month and am delighted to report that it meets almost all of my cooking needs so I can declutter most of my older pots and pans. In case you’re wondering, I did have to use a deep saucepan once to make soup. I love sautéing vegetables and making omelets in this pan. All the yummy pieces slide easily onto the serving dish. Cleanup is a cinch compared to my stainless steel cookware.

Best Non-Stick Frying Pans Yet
We have been using these frying pans for almost two years now and have been very satisfied with the results. We use the the 8" 2-3 times a week and the food never sticks (we do apply a thin coat of oil prior to cooking) and the surface is as good as new. Candidly, the 10" , which we don't use as often, has been harder to clean. On some occasions, we had to go beyond soap and hot water, adding vinegar and baking soda to cut through stuck on grease. That stated, it cleaned up nicely without effecting the surface or non-stick properties. We highly recommend the GreenPan Valencia Pro Hard Anodized Ceramic frying pan set.
