If you have two working keys, you can set up the key to work with your vehicle. If not, you'll have to get a locksmith or a dealer to set up your key to work. Watch a YouTube video on activating your key. Remember! You have to have two working keys to do it yourself.

Does this work well with 2010 f150?

Did not work on my 2007 Edge. Had to have towed to the dealer and have dealer made keys cut & programmed. These keys would not program for me or the dealer. Waste of my money.
