Quality is normal not cheap. Installation is very easy like mcb, but it is to be installed in a parallel connection only & near to the electric meter along with a dual pole mcb( a must) . Performance don't know as nothing happens after installation ( for last 2 yrs). Protection : According to the product ratings on dual spd cartridges( changeable upon safety works provided, just pull out the cartridges gently, no short circuit will happen) . Fits well within Distribution Box. Accuracy I have not tested, but proper earthing is required to act while sudden overvoltage come in mains line , in order to protect your house it will simply chop of extra voltage( energy absorbing)/ destroy itself & passing that energy to the ground. Then red indicator will come appear in place of green marks & dual pole mcb trip down immediately. But after removal of faulty cartridges , mcb can be reset to on position. Accuracy I can't tell but it has some tolerance value which should be taken into account( everything is described in the manual/ product box/ on product itself.

Hi, I'm writing this review to inform the manufacturer that this product has potential to protect your device once but the problem lies with the buildor product quality. Even after SPD burnt as shown in picture the green indicator didnot turned into red. Due to which I lost my 20k inverter. Giving 1star, because it protected my house once.
