For a couple of RV novices, this book was a tremendously helpful addition to our educational material. Murray's writing style is entertaining and humorous, and covered some things we'd have never thought of. Well worth the money.

Find someone to discuss and consider the move before you go all out into it
Pretty basic. First time thoughts are good. Gives something to consider before a move to the way of life. Don t stop looking for info about it.

Cheap low effort bamboozle book, avoid.
This book is written very minimally and appears to be written by someone with little to no experience in modern RV living. I do not recommend this book even though it has a snazzy cover and seems like a good choice. That's how they get you. It's annoying because there is no real effort put into the writing and no information you couldn't obtain from a Wikipedia article. It actually had very little concrete content and is written like a high school essay where you spend most of your words filling up the paper writing things like "RVS are vehicles that travel with or behind vehicles. Many people enjoy RV Living. There are many challenges to RV Living. Despite this, people enjoy RV living.“Thats not an exact excerpt from this book, but pretty damn close to the overall content. This books reeks of a cheap cash in on the tiny home and RV life movement. It is a very slim book with very wide fonts and spacing. I was able to read through the entire book in one good sit on the toilet and learned nothing new, because the information is very generalized and seems to be written by someone just googling it as they go along. Avoid this book and get something better. I will change my review if its re written with some better content and more effort.

Don't waste the $$$
Very poorly written - lots of typos and grammatical errors. Granted, I'm extremely picky about those things, but there's no excuse for a published author to make these errors. The content wasn't all that great, either. I didn't learn anything new from reading it. There are hundreds of better-written RV books out there, don't waste your money on this one.

Helpful guide
Helpful guide on downsizing to a RV. We actually purchased a 5th wheel which shares some of the same needs and planning space. Especially liked some of the safety tips we'd hadn't thought to do yet.

Newbie guide to the rv life
Good guide for us newbies. Read it after buying and taking first road trip. It confirmed much of what we learned, and gave us much more that we hadn't thought about. Great resource.
