Chalk performs just fine. It applies easily, and after using it several months I am satisfied with it. Bought it to try, as the price was good without buying a full box and possibly hating it. It does leave a noticeable fine, narrow spray of dust on a green cloth (or any darker color for that matter). Once I use this up, I'll probably stick with my blue Master's chalk which I think works a hair better. Both brands seem to stay on the cue tip adequately. That's all very subjective.... No regrets on this small purchase. Shipper sent really fast, too.
