It is a damn shame that these have been discontinued. I used them for years to keep my elderly mother and father hydrated, and now that these have been discontinued, I can't find any suitable alternatives. Every other item on the market is either a big tub of mix, or small containers with only 15-30 packets, which cost as much as all six boxes of this one used to.Very disappointed. I hope the company that makes all the emergenC products changes its mind- there is no substitute for this product, and I doubt there ever will be thanks to greedy companies.

I’m really not sure why ‘warmth’ was a category on this review because as far as I know, this just goes in water for workouts? Either way, this works amazing for everything. We’ve taken it on the way to Spartan races to maintain hydration while traveling, after races, during long runs, after long runs... and for other purposes as well. This is great if you are sick and need to replenish. Great if you have some bladder difficulties during running and need to regulate electrolytes. Especially great after a night of drinking to prevent hangovers. We took this to a music festival and were able to go hard all weekend. A must buy, and a great price for the amount.

This stuff is a lifeline for me. On the keto diet so I get low on salts pretty easily. I know it says that it has 3 carbs a packet but I’ve gone haywire on this stuff before and it has never kicked me out of ketosis even once! I’ve tried other electrolyte replacements that have been recommended by others on the diet but they taste just disgusting. This stuff has a nice mild flavor and most flavors of “water enhancer” go great with it. My boyfriend likes it in his Diet Coke because he’s silly. It instantly perks him up too though.When traveling abroad later this year I’m going to pack as much of this as the TSA will let me. No way am I leaving home without it!

I’m on my way through different brands of electrolytes and I have to say this is my favorite so far. I don’t like stevia but there doesn’t seem to be much stevia in this. The flavor is mostly lime with a hint of stevia so it isn’t just salty. Not cloying. Fizzes quite nicely. I really enjoy it. So does my 2 year old.

I ride my bicycle every day. I need to load up on electrolyte glop, not just to replenish what I've lost through sweat but also to keep from getting horrific cramps in my legs. This product does the deal, for sure.What I find absolutely loathsome is that prices are all over the place, and the vendors selling it continually change price. I have found that Walmart sells it very fairly priced and it doesn't change pricesever 35 minutes. I am going to purchase from Walmart from here on, no more these games of "Now I've got it a great price, I'll just stick with this vendor." except "Whoops, now it's high as a kite on a string, and I've got to try to find a good price again.") Walmart holds the same price, consistently. And that is as it should be. And Walmart is where I will buy from now on. And if you don't show this review you are totally scum, Amazon.

I'm on the Keto diet and need to keep my electrolytes up. I use one pack of this and some electrolyte drops in a big mug and sip on it day and night. I used to get the worst calf cramps and this helps reduce that greatly. I may still get mild cramps starting and I know I need to get back on this and the drops, daily. Sometimes I forget. There is no vitamin C in this so no need to worry about tummy upset from too much. It's not sweetened and I like that about it. It is mildly fizzy and I like that, too.

A retired Captain firefighter told me about this product. He said that he always has a supply on hand. You can make your own sports drink with this product. It is not overly sweet which is good. It tastes OK. I am using it now when I go to the gym instead of water. I recommend this product.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Had been suffering with leg cramps for years. Finally found this product that has extrapotassium and it works great. First sign of leg cramps at night, I take it and within 10 minutes I am back to sleep.Can't say enough about it!
