Looks nice and built well.
Items were shipped and delivered as described. Granted I'm an amateur plumber, the valve cover and handle felt substantial. My only complaint is that my Symmons 261xBody makes a slight noise when you turn the handle. This appears to be the valve and not the faceplate rubbing against the valve.

Pros:Esthetically pleasing, handle and shower head seem well made. Fit nicely over the universal valve.Cons:Did not come with instructions.Irritating when a company cheaps out on including an Allen key with a $200 trim product. Ensure you have a 3/32 Allen key for the handle install to the valve.
