Turmeric is a healthy addition to this salt. I love sprinkling it on popcorn or baked potatoes. Really adds to the flavor.

I heard about the salt from one of the raw people. It is pretty good, but I thought the price was a little bit outrageous. Not sure if I’d buy it again. Use it sporadically because I prefer other seasonings, but it is pretty good.

Good on popcorn. Different than other seasoned salts. Could stand even more chicken flavor, but still very tasty. Would purchase again.

1. Couple cubes Bullion (beef or chicken, beef adds more umami in my opinion)2. Chicken Salt!3. Dried Garlic / Onion / Chive flakes / bits / whatever (even powder versions of the onion and garlic work fine)There you go - Top Ramen / Manchuran ramen style seasoning packets made even cheaper than they sell the things for! And you can customize it to your taste as you like. (Is it possible to add too much Garlic? I didn't believe so but... yes it is... still! Was fun finding out!)AND... if you're avoiding Gluten? You can use rice noodles (they have rice based ramen noodles!) and then you enjoy Ramen again!Add some chili flakes if you like that sort of thing, add some of whatever you want - its your ramen! I've heard cracking an egg in there, or throwing in some diced veggies makes for a whole other experience - do I care? No! I just want that awesome umami / salty goodness that reminds me of my youth and seems to make everything better even though I know (or possible because I know?) it's close to the cheapest stuff on earth.I mean, you can go rice + beans or rice + lentils and it'll cost less, but this is more fun. Nothing stopping you from alternating if you're trying to cut costs, and aren't we all right now?There's just something about ramen... it's comforting goodness to me, maybe you too.Good luck all!

The taste is good. Be moderate when putting it in your food because it can get really salty.

I like the flavor but it’s really salty, haven’t decided if I will order the low sodium version.

Went vegan a decade ago and never looked back…one of the few things I’ve been missing is a classic late night ramen noodles…this stuff tastes exactly like like the junky ramen noodle spice packs!! Way better ingredients and better on the planet too. GREAT in potatoes, sautees etc as well! I’ve reordered many times

Love this Chicken Salt. Tried quite a few Chicken Salt varieties here in Oz, but I found a lot of them had random stuff in them like Citric Acid, Soybean Products or enhancers. This one had none of those. It doesn't taste exactly like the chicken salt you get on your chips in tuck shops or fish and chips takeaways; but it gets pretty close (and without all the bad stuff) and I actually prefer this one.Will
