French ToastGirls Short Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirt Tee

For red ribbon week we needed a plain red shirt so I turned to Amazon. This shirt fit great. Fit as expected. Washed and dried well too.

Great little shirt, but you really, truly need to order a size up. My 8 year old is very skinny, and prefers a slim-cut shirt, so I ignored the wise reviewers and ordered her usual size. But the 7/8 was just too small. It was long enough, but snug, and very tight across the shoulders. Nice, simple top, like the detail in the front, but sizing is just a bit off.

I got this shirt in multiple colors both short sleeve and long sleeve throughout this past year.Pros:Multiple colors to choose fromMany different styles (v-neck and crew neck etc) of the same colorThey have leggings that match each colol (seperate listing)Not Pros but not necessarily Cons:Sizing is very slim and slightly short. I have added a picture of a white 2T Vs an old navy 2T and you can see the obvious different. If you want a slim fit you can still accomplish that look but would still have to order a size up at least.Material is relatively thin which is fine for summer months. The long sleeve ones are still good for layering without being bulkyAll in all, if you order a size (or 2 sizes) up you will be please for the price and color selection. If you want a more loose top or want it to last longer than a season order 2 sizes up. The prices on these fluctuate often so put them in your cart then buy when pricing lowers.

These are great t shirts! I bought 4 in 4 different colors for my daughters, ages 7&8. Their builds are opposite; one is petite as can be, and the other is very athletic, strong, with some thick thighs on her already. These shirts fit them both beautifully. Very flattering for two totally different body types. The red is gorgeous and vibrant, the other colors are black, white, and navy so they don’t pop as much but of course are still nice shirts. The prices are excellent and these can be dressed up or down, which is a huge pro-gotta love versatility in your closet! The fabric is nice and soft and not see through/sheer. I wish there were more colors!!!

Very nice quality shirt and the red is so vibrant. I’ve washed them several times & it shows no signs of fading or shrinking. The v-neck is a little deep for small children, but they fit true to size and are form fitting with a good length. Overall good purchase for price. (Disclosure- I added my own monogram in photos)

I ordered quite a few of these shirts to use for a performing group. The fabric is very nice and soft and is well made. I like that they are tagless. But the best part is that at the back of the neck, where the name and size of the product is printed, they also put "This shirt belongs to____________________" with a nice white rectangle box for you to print a child's name. Brilliant! That alone is a selling point for me. Where do you write a child's name now that no one is putting tags in shirts? I haven't washed any yet, so I'm not sure if they shrink or hold their size.

I needed a white t-shirt for my daughter's color run and this one did the trick. It was a great price, perfect fit and I like that it's a v-neck. It also has a nice length to it so it's a good shirt for leggings or if you need one that can be tucked in. Fits true to size. Once the color run was over, a normal wash and it was back to its original white.

My daughter is 8, tall and thin. Ordered 10/12 or large. Fits nicely. Not too big but won't outgrow quickly. Room to grow. Beautiful colors in person. Top looks very cute on her and she is happy. Only reason I give it 4 stars because we haven't washed them yet. We shall see if they hold up over time.

I was holding a tie-dye party for my daughter's 11th birthday. Usually kids don't wear the shirts they decorate (at school, camp, etc.,) because they are cheap and ill-fitting (tight neck, floppy sleeves). I wanted the kids to actually wear their shirts. The finished product was gorgeous, no matter how much "skill" the kids had. All of them wear their shirts regularly and they are so flattering. They fit true to size (I got 10-12 and a few 12-14 for kids who are growing a bit faster than the others). This was their "party favour" as well and they all were thrilled.

I adore these French Toast shirts and will be buying them in every color for my 7 year old. It's hard to find nice shirts that don't have anything on them and are long enough to cover her slim body properly while playing! Not only that, but the fabric is very soft and comfortable. I'm completely converted to this brand and this is all I will be buying from now on (and I'm very picky about my kids' clothing!)

Super cute shirt well made quality as well worked well for my heat transfer vinyl!

Super soft, thin and perfect for children with sensitivities to clothing. Will be great in either summer or winter. I am very picky about children's clothing and my daughter will only wear certain items and I adore these shirts. Will be buying many, many more.

Size 3 tees didn’t fit over the heads of my 2-year-old (and 50th percentile) twin daughters. Armholes very tight. Should have ordered Size 4s.
