20 lb is most likely the weight of the 10 pc set. We like ours a lot. They cook well and wash easily.

Does this scratch easily?

Not if using Wooden kitchen utensils/spurtles or hi-temp silicone/plastic utensils. Metal forks, knives or sharp ended items will scratch any cooking vessel. I have a bunch of 1"scratches in my pan, but it's STILL in tact, nonstick & ez clean up. It will get minor scrapes from metal spatulas naturally, but not chunks of pan material to expose the base-like cheaper sets.
