Great little Containers
Overall the containers are as described. I like the glass option and locking lids. I felt the size is more for snack size portions, not for a regular-sized meals. The 220z size may sound adequate, but not for our family.

Great quality and size
I am using these to meal prep each week and deliberately bought this size to portion control. The larger compartment fits two average size scoops of rice and the smaller will handle half a chicken breast with pan sauce.Very handy size that fits into my vacuum sealer bags if I have the time to heat up with my sous vide.The quality is great and I'll soon be buying another set.

Great for lunches
So far this product is worth every penny. We make hot lunch for grandson. The glass helps keep food warmer than the plastic one, according to him.
