**please help**: can someone explain to me why this is for nighttime and not to be used in the morning as a day creme? what should i use? age 38?

1.5% of retinol seems very high. how it is comparable to other otc products .5% or 1%? how "aggressive"(or not) the formula is?

Has the formula been changed? Less retinol than a few years ago? No more sting when applied & it doesn't moisturize or brighten skin as before.
