Easy to put up
I really like the paper towel holder

The towel keeps ripping.
The product is sturdy, easy to mount and easy to fill. The reason I give it 4 stars is more my fault. I should have paid attention that the opening is only about 8" long. The multi-fold towels are a little over 9" long so when you pull down it keeps tearing of a small piece first because it's just not wide enough.
