Good customer service
Mine developed a 5"bulge along one of the ribs that run the length of the bed. So had to hop back.On a plus note was quite happy with bed up until this point and after notifying seller and a few follow up emails recieved a prompt full refund.

very good product however....
I used this as a spare bed when family visited. I found the built-in pillow too high for me so I wish I had ordered one without the pillow as I had to use it round the wrong way and fond it a bit short and uncomfortable to use this way round.
