Excellent product
These worked very well for making madeleines. I watched a video that recommended using metal pans, aluminum, no coating these were the best in my opinion. They performed before during and after baking, the way specialty pans should perform. I also did 4 batches right away, so it wasn't a one and done type of thing. The next thing it just comes down to your recipe which I can't help you with that.

Ok quality canโt really tell itโs a Madeline
Little disappointed in the shape when you bake them that itโs not really clear on the shape of it. Itโs very fine imprint once baked. Iโd prefer one that was more clear on that it is Madeline pastries

Je recommande sans hรฉsiter ce produit ; les madeleines se dรฉtachent facilement du moule. Je le prรฉfรจre ร un moule en silicone.
