I find it okay but it doesn’t work for my feet. Not enough pressure and my arch is to high for it which I don’t really have a high arch to begin withUpdate: it is a good foot massager but only purchase if you don’t have much of an arch on your feet or you won’t feel a lot of pressure in that area.I am very please with Nekteck, they have reached out to me about the product. They’re giving me a full refund of my purchase :) it’s great when the company is understanding and really want to be fair and have their costumers satisfied!

I'm at a desk or on a laptop a lot and so my neck and shoulders are often tight. I found this and it seemed like a great value. Turns out, this massager really helps.But after a couple months I had some issues with my massager losing power. I sat it away for a few more months, and then when I turned it back on, the condition was much worse. The strength/power was half of its original shape.Then came Customer support to the rescue. They were wonderful in their response and persistence in fixing my issue. They sent me a new massager and now I'm feeling doubly satisfied because my neck is relaxed and I got great service, more than I even expected!

I was really enjoying this product but unfortunately the motors broke in less than a year. I used to have a similar Dr. Scholls foot massager that lasted twice as long as this one.Update March 2, 2020: I was contacted by Nekteck and was offered a replacement or refund for the foot massager. I had already replaced the unit with a different one so I requested the refund and was very happy with the customer service provided. It shows that they really do care about their customer's experience and I would not hesitate about purchasing another Nekteck product.

I don't know if I have purchased a more delightful item. I've had neuropathy in my left foot for a year and a half and had EVERY form of treatment. While this certainly doesn't "cure" my issue it sure does bring relief. For people saying it doesn't get warm, I simply must disagree. It gets very warm but does cycle on and off with the heat source. I do have high arches and must say it doesn't always hit the arch as well as it could (which they do tell you in the product description) but you can manipulate your feet up and down the rollers to hit any location you wish. I cannot recommend this item highly enough. I tried one of the $150.00 Homedic foot/calf massagers at Bed Bath and Beyond the other day and it seriously holds nothing on this item....and at half the price. If you are reading this review right now, don't waste another moment deciding, just buy it!

This massager is amazing! I recommend it to anyone who suffers from planters fasciitis or tired feet. If you have a job like mine where you are standing on your feet for many consecutive hours and you have chronic pain in your heels, then this is the massager for you. The actual massage feels unusual at first but after the second use your feet will feel more comfortable using it. If your finding it hard to stand on your feet after being seated for a while then this massager is for you. It literally promotes blood circulation so when you take your first step it doesnt feel as painful as it normally would. This massager is by far the best investment I have made towards healing my fasciitis.
