Triphala

I took triphala years ago, purchaded from a very reputable small health store. That triphala produced a reliable bowl movement each day that was well-formed - meaning it was not diarrhea.These capsules do the exact opposite. Just one of these capsules produces uncontrollable diarrhea all day - not just once, but ALL DAY. I've been forced to run to bathrooms in public places because of this. And this is with just one capsule.Based on my previous positive experience with triphala years ago, I highly doubt that these capsules actually contain triphala because the results are what you would experience from too much senna.I reccomend you find a reliable source for genuine triphala because this isn't it.

Your gut will love these. Your toilet may not.

I have recently gotten interested in Triphala for important digestive benefits and health, so I was curious to see how these fared compared to another brand I had been taking. They seem to work well in keeping my digestive system in order, and they are very easy to take and swallow with some water. I haven't had any digestive issues or nasty "vitamin burps" with these (which sometimes happens when I take lower quality supplements), so I'm reasonably happy with them. They are of good quality and get two thumbs up from me!

I have had some issues with digestive distress and happened to come across Triphala over the internet. I have taken it for about a week and have noticed improvement, I'm far more regular and I have less heartburn. The other benefits that it claims, including potential dental benefits and providing antioxidants, are just icing on the cake.So far no negative side effects at all, but if that changes I will update this review. I've been experiencing frequent upset stomach and problems with regularity, so I decided to try this and see if it had any positive effect. I found that this does help with both. I seem to be digesting foods better - it's prevented my problem with upset stomach and the sensitivity I was having with some foods. This has led to better regularity and an overall feeling of better health. I've had no negative effects while taking it and the capsules are easy to swallow.
