Q: I have a 9'6x33 SUP board, will this fit right? or is it too small for my board?

It will fit your board. I have used this on a board as small as 8' ( with cutting it to size and as large as 11' ( with no modification). The product works great.

Q: What is the thickness of this pad in millimeters ? would like to use on a surfboard not a paddleboard. Thanks

Q: I have a soft top paddleboard, how well will this product work for my board??

I would not use it on a soft top unless you scraped off all the existing soft top material and thoroughly cleaned it

Q: How does this come packaged? One big roll? Or individual pieces for smaller package?

It comes in pieces (squares) that you have to apply to the board. It took some time to properly measure out the precise placement so it was even along both sides.
