Charged wirelessly on the first day I used it then stopped charging even when the USB was plugged in. Not happy. Wouldn’t buy it again. I’ve tried messaging to get answers but no reply which is disappointing as it wasn’t cheap to deliver to Sydney

I have purchased three of these (one for each of our vehicles). Up until this weekend we were very happy with them. However this weekend one of the units just came apart, the rubber protective ring came off and the magnets started to fall out. We tried to put the magnets back in place, however when going over bumps in the road the phone and magnets would come loose. The magnets started to break and the unit is now worthless. This all happened 2 days after the product support window closed (five months after the return window closed). This one only lasted 6 months and 2 days and I don't know how the other units will hold up. I guess only time will tell.

Overall it is a nice mount design, but the quality of materials and construction meant none of them lasted very long. The magnets started coming out when taking the phone off of the mount. I figured I would super glue them back in, but when removing the base from the mount, a plastic clip broke off making the whole device useless. That piece is too small and flimsy to be glued back on, and it is required to hold the base to the mount. Of course it is past the 30 day return window ....Why does every company on this site make cheap garbage that breaks just past the return window? Don't any of them realize I am willing to pay more for quality products that will last many years?

Started out loving the charger. It only lasts till summer because now all the magnets are falling out. Designe needs to be better. The suction cup also loosens at least once a week so you constantly have to readjust it.Update: the seller reached out and is going to replace the charger. I will update again after I receive the charger and use it for a little. I’m glad the seller actually wants to make things right.
