I really like these. My bar is threaded and the spin on nut style clamps take forever to put on and take off when changing weight. These are great cause they slide on and off quickly, and still hold the weights in place. Super happy with them.

It's nice not to have to find clips at the gym. I use it for the body pump class.

These were exactly what I was looking for my easy bar. They fit great.

Product works well used for tricep bar secures weight and is easy to operate.

I have a 1" threaded bar and the clips held tight to it. This design may struggle with a 1" smooth bar or large amounts of weight. I'm happy with value for money on this one.

The media could not be loaded.  They'll hold minimal weight securely (~5lb), but it's a little scary if you put any more weight than that. They aren't very tight at all and don't require much force to unlock them. I can hold the bar with one hand, and grip the clip with the other hand and actually turn/pull the clip away from the weights while it's in locked position.
