In terms of rating g this for flavor, at first this stuff smells like 100-year-old toe cheese. I’m not taking it for flavor but for health benefits. That said I take it in my morning coffee and have become used to it and miss it if I don’t have it. That tells me it’s good for me. Presentation: it comes in a little plastic dish with a cap. It is very hard, you need to break the pieces off with a sharp strong knife. I then soak those pieces in water to turn into a paste so that it can be used and measured easily in liquid. I originally ordered this on the advice of my doctor who is from India. It’s hard to judge the effectiveness of something so subtle, I ordered it to increase perception, which has improved during the 6 months I’ve taken it. I keep reordering it.

I like the flavor and smell. Have tried different shilajits over the years and this is one of the best.

I took this for about a month, havent really noticed anything yet—but id say its somewhat hard for me to give it a fair trail because this stuff is hard as a rock. Its like trying to break or shave a small piece off of a Jolly Rancher. I dont believe its supposed to be that way.. the lil spoon that comes with it is basically worthless because its so hard. i literally have to stab it with a knife to break pieces off. I believe id try a different brand if i wanted to buy more.

I’ve tried an around 6 different shilajit products over the last 5 years and this is one of the best. The ones with fancy jars just don’t do what this one does. As a male it’ll make you virulent in about a week. To me that means it holds the secrete sauce!As is well known when dissolved in warm water it should not leave any impurities and I’ve tested this with attached photos.The only other product that was as good as this was from an eBay seller in Asia but it didn’t show impurities and seemed like his uncle shipped it over to him so I’m glad I’ve found this seller who I’ve used several times and will continue to do so.

I have bought Shilajit in the north of India before and this seems to be good in quality. Its expensive yes but considering you dont need to fly to India and then travel 8 hours North it's maybe not so bad! If you're buying this you probably recognise the need for it so there isnt much else to add to that. It arrives promptly. I cut mine into the required size (around the size of a pea) when it first arrives and store it in the cupboard in a freezer bag. I rub it between my fingers to remove any sharp edges from the cutting process. I leave it out for a while after this as it warms when its rolled between finger and thumb - the pea-sized doses stick together when its not had the chance to return properly to room temperature after making it round. Its certainly easier to cut when its not cold but it shouldnt be heated to make it softer. I have it in my jeans pocket for a while to raise its temperature prior to cutting. Enjoy
