Yes, it has help me with dry skin & I believe wrinkles, but I have been taken them for 20 years! Silica is the third most abundant trace element in the body! Silica is present in all body tissues & is also good for bone, joint, arteries & much more! This is just a very good element & supplement to take Daly for your overall health!

Q: What's the difference between bamboo silica and mineral silica in other brands? Any benefits or drawbacks?

Bamboo has 10x’s the amount of silica of horsetail Or stinging nettles and is supposed to be more absorbable. I haven’t tried others yet. I do know you cannot take the herb supplements long term.

Q: Is it checked for taxiphyllin?
