the cards are made of paper and maybe 6 inches by 4 inches - not sure what you mean by "4 square feet"? the box was very light, not even a pound.

In the stack of 500 cards, do the cards repeat? I'm just wondering if we had 100 people playing BINGO, would several people have the same card?

No, they are real bingo cards with random numbers. I had no repeats in my order.
