pretty good
This pack is a good size and holds a lot. However, while packing it (the first time ever!) the inside strap that holds the clothes together just broke. That was very disappointing - right before my trip!!! The shoulder straps need more padding. Overall it is a good and handy bag/pack. I’m not sorry I bought it. The company needs better quality control for minor issues. But a good pack in summary.

Seams Raveled on first trip
Seams raveled on both sides of the zipper on first trip when bag was only half full. Left a huge hole and lost one side clip. Contacted seller and asked for a replacement since I liked the bag. Return date had past. But the bag has a two year warranty. Seller requested pictures. Sent those the next day. Never heard back from the seller even though several follow up messages were sent. Contacted Amazon who refunded 80% of the cost. Bag shouldn't fall apart on the first trip. Two year warranty is useless. Would have bought the bag again thinking it was a fluke. But due to very poor customer service, I bought a different bag.

Works For Travel
I’m in a wheelchair and needed a bag that I could easily carry and put my long chair batteries into. This works. It’s very lightweight. I’ve had no issues but it doesn’t seem as well made as ebags or Amazon’s bags so I hope it holds up since they don’t have a comparable product.

LOVE
My son and I just traveled to the DR with one of these each for the week. We had plenty of room, made for easy access with small items, pit perfectly in overhead. My only setback was we were not allowed to take the lithium charging battery so the ports were a waste.

Perfect for travel
I absolutely love this bag. I over pack (like most women lol). This bag has so much room and can be used as your free carry on, on a plane. It has many pockets and also a phone charger built in.
