Been using this brand for years!
I use this brand of muscle milk every day to make a strawberry shake! Has no sugar and high in protein, I like the strawberry the best for reason where I live this flavor is not available so I order online. I have tried other brands much to me this one is the best keeps me going felling full where I mostly forget to eat lunch and don’t need much until supper time!

Great flavor and quality
Another big time go to protein shake. The aluminum seal is a bit hard to remove but I can deal with that. I love this stuff.

Great drink, But I Hate,Hate ,Hate the new bottles that are extremely difficult to open.

Lactose intolerant? But this one!
So I am trying to increase my protein intake and I'm also lactose intolerant so that makes it extremely hard to find a protein shake that doesn't have milk and also has enough protein. This is perfect I've only found it in the flavor of strawberry but I love strawberries so that's good nice and cold shake it up real good and I can drink it for breakfast.

The least bad-tasting.
I hate all protein drinks! But Muscle Milk, to me, tastes the least bad. They are the perfect balance between high protein and not too bad taste. They definitely boost energy. I usually take one after a workout, since I've read numerous fitness experts claiming that protein should be digested immediately after a hard workout. The price on Amazon is the best. It's great to order a 12-pack of these from Amazon and not pay $5 each at the store.

MUSCLE MILK VANILLA & CHOCOLATE ARE EXCELLENT AFTER-WORKOUT DRINKS. BOTH FLAVORS TASTE GREAT, ARE HIGH IN : PROTEIN (40/32/25 GRAMS), VITAMINS & MINERALS (16), DIETARY FIBER (6/5 GRAMS), & ARE SUGARLESS WITH LOW SODIUM ( BELOW 10% ). AS A PARKINSON'S DISEASE SENIOR ( AGE 76 ) WHO DOES PHYSICAL THERAPY 3X A WEEK, I END EVERY WORKOUT WITH A BOTTLE OF VANILLA OR CHOCOLATE MUSCLE MILK. I DRINK A BOTTLE OF MUSCLE MILK EVERY DAY.
