Green Pastures Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver Caps Orange, 120c 2-pack

Unlike most of my supplements, I take this fermented oil on an empty stomach with no ill effects. Because its oil, I take my vitamin D at the same time to help its absorption. I've been taking this product for years and I believe it helps with digestion, hair and skin and just about everything!

My husband used to complain about the fishy odor of the regular capsules so I decided to try these. No more complaints!

Seems to help with inflammation

If you want to get the health benefits of cod liver oil with a good taste, this is a great way to do it! The orange flavor is very mild, and there is no other noticeable flavor with these pills. Note that I have also taken the non-flavored version of these pills in the past, and whatever fermentation process they do with the cod liver oil keeps its own flavor very mild, so it only takes a little bit of orange flavor to mask the cod liver oil's flavor.

I like the product and how easy it is to digest. I was a little disappointed the orange flavor wasn't stronger. It still has a bit of a fishy taste when swallowing. I hate fish!
