Q: Is the medical insignia engraved or is it a sticker?

It is engraved. Very easy to see and read. The letters stand out really nice.

Q: Is the writing on the black smaller then on the silver? Or is it just an illusion with the pictures ? Thanks

I have the silver tone bracelet. The writing is in fact small. I guess it depends on the font type you choose. I chose a cursive style font. The writing is very small. It's a sturdy bracelet though

Q: Can you engrave the underside of this? The top gives away your privacy.

Hi，do you mean engrave on the back side？we could just engrave letter on the back side， The red alert medical symbol couldn't remove

Get the 7inch one then because the 8inch will be too large. I have to say I absolutely love this medical bracelet! The quality is superb and the price was phenomenal! I would highly recommend this company. I will be sure to order another bracelet just to have an extra one!
