Small, lightweight and effective.
Great little heater for warming utility room for my indoor cats. I plug this in while I'm feeding them and changing their litter, whilst they're in the kitchen. Certainly takes the chill off, in just a few minutes. Kits also have kitty-hot-water-bottles in their fluffy cave-like beds on top of washer and dryer. Keeps a chilly room toasty enough for them. Not very noisy at all. Very practical as no trailing wires, but only used when I'm in the kitchen next door and not left on/in a socket, unattended. Lightweight and portable. Practical for our needs in a small otherwise unheated room. No noticeable smell.

For late summer /autumn bite
This was good for late summer coolness . Didn’t make smart meter go up too Much . Had to workout how to operate . It’s enough for taking cool Off a room. Will earn it up. Not for running full on for hours . It advises also. Not replace a regular heater . I ran it until October . I call it a late summer early Autimn mild cool heater . I like to use it and not consumer tye high power of a real heater . Price was OK Quality ok R Hobbs good I find . Fast

Does the job!
Brilliant little fan, sited in a plug halfway up wall in a draughty part of my semi open plan kitchen diner, no radiator in kitchen area, and heats up that area quickly and very nicely. Only use sporadically but does the job when it's on!

Not a miracle heater, just for top up heat
It is what it is. Don’t expect miracles. This is also advertised on YouTube under a different brand ad using no energy and heating a whole house which is nonsense of course, a scam: In reality it is a quick top up heater. It works, it sighs out some heat, and it has thermostats and an off cool down delay. The plug is awarded put so it doesn’t alway fit. I bought it because of winters in UK hotels. As I travel a bit, occasionally I stay in hotels where the heating is…lets say sparse. I use it then as a survival top up heater. So it works, but on its own it will never heat a room more than 4 meter squared on a cold-ish day. I never use this at home, I don’t trust it enough and don’t need to.

Thermostat so room temperature stays constant.
Superb, easy to work. A little noisy. Thermostat works well.

Powerful Little Heater That Saves Money.
The Russell Hobbs RHPH7001 ceramic fan heater gets very warm and works really well. It heats up quickly and does an excellent job of warming a one bedroom space without any issues. The size is great as it is compact and easy to move around while still being powerful enough to make a real difference. It is also cheap on electricity which helps save money especially during colder months.

Great little heater, quite noisy
Great little heater. Pop it in for an hour before I go to bed, room lovely and warm. Taken one star off, as it quite noisy, wouldn't want it on if I was in the room.

Portable, but not what I was expecting
Pros - very portable, so you can move it from room to room as needed. Stays in place in plug. Feels solid. Basic controls. Took the edge off the cold in around 15-20 mins on full heat/speed setting. Cons - noisy Seems very basic. Can’t pair it with a smart plug or timer, as once it’s off, it won’t switch on into ‘on’ mode unless you manually switch it on. Haven’t been able to find the thermostat - I’ll have to read the manual, but it’s not obvious. Hangs down from plug, so not suitable for all locations. Review: What I wanted was a cheap to run heater of some sort for my utility room where my cats like to sleep. It gets quite chilly in there, so I wanted something to keep the temperature from going below 10C in the depths of winter. It’s very easy to plug in the unit, but as I discovered, the place that I had in mind was not possible because of the way the heater hangs, and therefore I had to put it under a wall cabinet, which probably isn’t the best place to achieve circulation. Also, my cat who has his bed under the cabinet, wasn’t so happy with it after a while, possibly because the heat was too focused. I really would prefer a heater that can be paired with a wifi device, or a thermostat. The timer that comes with the unit, is really basic, and from what I can work out, is in increments of 1 hour. The ‘heat/speed’ settings are from 15-30, which I guess might be 15C-30C. At 15C, which is quite doable as a minimum temperature for the utility room, the air coming out of the unit was actually cold. I had expected it to be hot, and then stop when the room achieved an overall heat of 15C, but really this is not how it works. For me, this was disappointing and the fact that it cannot be paired with a wifi device, makes it less functional. If it could at least ‘remember’ the setting it was on, that would be something, but it literally has to be switched in manually each time, so that’s a bit of a pain.
