Q: Can I put a breast form in this suit, and will it stay in place?

I think it would depend on how the suit fits you, if it's comfortably snug or taken in to be snug, I think it could work. It does have nice pad inserts, you might even be able to put the forms in the bra area to prevent them from shifting or moving. I apologize as I'm not exactly sure how they are worn. Personally, my shoulder straps are constantly falling & I should probably take them in but that's an easy enough fix. Other than that, it's a pretty comfortable suit all around. Best of luck!

It does not have any under wire.

Q: I am a size 38 H and I sometimes use a bra extender for better comfort normally size 12 what size should I order?

I wear a 40 DDDD and size 22 holds my breast perfectly and the band is actually a little loose, so I dont think you will have a problem with the band being too tight on you.
