Value for money and effective product.

There is only one flaw in this supplement. It is based on ICMR 2010 guidelines, while the latest ICMR Guidelines were released in 2020. But, the difference in the nutrition recommendation between those guidelines is very less. As a vegetarian, I take is along with "Unived B12+D3", and I can feel the positive difference in my hair and skin. Go ahead, and use it, if you are a vegetarian. The components used in making these multivitamin capsules are also safe for the body, according to my research.
