These are good value for the amount of active ingredients. The tablets are large and chalky, but you can chew them, they don't taste of any thing. I chew them up and swallow with water, no issues. Much cheaper than other tablets of same strength

The supplement itself is very good, it's hard to find others which contain the same dosage.It is mid range pricing when compared to other supplements which contain the same ingredients.The downside of this is that they are very large tablets. I can usually take several tablets at once and have never struggled with any large pill in the past.However these are large both in width and length, and despite taking them twice a day as recommended I have not found it any easier.Much the same as other reviews, I have also choked on them on more than one occasion where I have nearly vomited as my body has tried to expel it from my throat.I have been able to snap each tablet in half, but because of the width and shape when halved (almost triangular) they're still extremely difficult to swallow without it getting stuck or discomfort from the corners.They are a chalky texture and are not coated, so they're a bit rougher compared to a capsule type as well.It does unfortunately let the product down to the point where I won't be getting any more as it's too much discomfort twice daily and I have scratched my throat while choking on them. Major design flaw. Would have been better making the tablets half the size and containing 360 in the pack, and taking 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening.

Tablet was huge, chalky textured and impossible to swallow without difficulty. I have taken medication of varying sizes for years and can swallow 5-6 at a time. This tablet stuck in my throat, causing me to vomit it out. Chucked them in the bin, not going through that again.

I don’t know why this is no longer available, I loved this and would buy again when it’s available

Extremely good value for money, the best I've managed to find. I just couldn't cope with the large size and powdery texture. I found they started to dissolve too quickly. Such a shame because it's the best dosing I've managed to find.

These tablets are enormous, bigger than anything I've ever seen or taken. Had they been caplets they may be easier to swallow but honestly, it's akin to swallowing a chalky canoe and giving you a daily panic of choosing to swallow it down or cough up. I've even chopped in half and still impossible as the chalkiness just sticks them in your throat. Really disappointed and expensive mistake.

Started taking these to try and curb my PCOS symptoms as I was trying to conceive. Started taking 2 in the morning and then added 2 more in the evenings. Got pregnant after 2 months (had been trying for almost a year). Highly recommend I think they really helped level out my hormones. They’re quite big but just taste like sugar so super easy to swallow.

These are the best value for money on Amazon (after comparing price per 1000mg) on most products listed working out as about 11p per 1000mg compared to the average of 27p-32p/1000mg. But there's a reason they're so cheap - these are so large as to be almost impossible to swallow!I'm a nurse, I've administered a lot of oral medication in my time but these are the largest I've ever seen.The picture is of the tablets next to my thyroxine medication, which is an average sized pill. Not only are they large but they're thick - I have no swallowing problems and usually throw back 5-6 of my regular meds in one mouthful, but I just nearly choked on this, I could feel it get stuck at the back of my throat just out of reach. It was really scary and luckily my husband was actually to hook it out for me before it caused any damage.Bear in mind the optimal dose is 4 of these a day - I'm too terrified to take anymore so will probably buy a different brand instead.
