As a successful restaurant owner, we can always use sone help. Rhino touched us and confirmed we are on the right track. We are reinsured after 15 years of the sos. Gromfin just helps to make sense of all the hard work and and assured us to stay the course. We look forward to continue to work hard , but smarter for sure if we follow the restaurant “rules”. So like he says you can relate to this book no matter what business your in. Buy it and share it with your parters or your staff!

A quick easy read, a push into action. Real life scenarios with compelling stories. I definitely will use the resources and information available on the book.

I was introduced to the concept of talking books and Audible programs by my ex-wife, for many years she reed 2 and 3 books per month, but after losing her sight she lost the ability to do what see loved. Then she discovered Audible and off she went, consuming 3 and 4 books a month, so I gave Audible a try and I'm hook. I still enjoy flipping a page, but for source material there is no better way.

I just received Ryan’s Book and I’m almost half way through!The way he writes is very relatable to anyone in the restaurant business!!Every page I’ve been able to relate something that happens in mine.. and solutions to situations that make sense and have already implemented for this week 😁 Thank you so much for being a mentor and someone that is not intimidating..Highly recommend to any big or small restaurant owner, manager, employee!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This book breaks down the steps you need to take to operate a successful restaurant.

It was a disappointing read. I bought the book thinking it will talk about restaurant management and techniques. But it was not. The book is a combination of random motivation quotes from the web (the kind you see on Instagram all the time), then examples of top-performing athletes of why they performed better than their peers, pitch to hire business coaches like the author. Of course, you will find stories of restaurant (for example how the author helped turn around a restaurant after they hired him) but nothing concrete comes out of the book. Then there is references to his website where you can supposedly download checklists (which are pretty vague) and, of course, buy his other programmes. The author must know a lot about restaurant management but he is not sharing anything in this book.

Read it, you will get a different perspective..
