Q: Is this made in usa or designed in the usa

Not made in USA. These "Patriot" brands always push repacked crap you normally get 1/3rd cheaper with other brands that don't hide behind other terms. BTW designed doesn't mean made in USA. Means they made a drawing or 3D model with specifcations and sent it out to a company in China, Taiwan, or another country for production.

Q: Are these made in the usa?

The company states is "based in the USA," and the advertising says it is "printed, packaged, and shipped in the United States." But it DOES NOT expressly say the water bottle is MADE in the USA. I don't see anywhere that states where it is made. I bought this water bottle and it's performed very well for me. Part of my reasoning was that a portion of the cost was donated to the PTSD Foundation of America.

Q: What is the actual bottle dimension, not with the box? Mainly interested in the circumference of the bottle's bottom. Thanks!

Circumference is 12" (I measured). Diameter is 3-1/2".
