I normally find it difficult to get excited about a mug, but on this occasion, I've been incredibly happy with the build and quality of this mug. Keeps drinks warm for ages and the same for cold too. Well worth buying.

Lid is a bit fragile, would be good if possible to buy a lid

I like the handle design which is easy to hold. The cup keeps fluids hot and cold for many hours. Tiny ice cubes still present after 24 hrs. The opening where fluid comes out is difficult to get clean even using a cotton bud. Unfortunately today I noticed that the plastic at both sides of where the sliding lip is has started to crumble. One piece actually in my cup. I imagine this will impact on the working of the cup. I don't use dishwasher for the cup as I didn't want to affect the seal. Great cup for the 30 + uses but can't see it lasting much longer.Update. Unfortunately I was correct that cup wouldn't last. The lip doesn't seal at all now. Fluid can splash out when walking and doesn't keep drink warm any more. Very disappointed as the mug was great when new.

Bought 2 for family. They were very pleased with the quality and coffee stayed at a good temperature. No leaks and a good buy.

The media could not be loaded. Keeps liquids hot for a long time and fairly leak proof but the outside is peeling away after washing the mug as you can see in photos/videos

Lid has a week point around sliding part. I bought this as part of my husband's Christmas present 2022. He noticed it was leaking about June 2023. While drying the lid it was noticed that either side of the sliding piece was breaking up. The lid is also difficult to clean and dry and gets mould in the corners very easily.The mug itself is good but the lid has made it useless as a leak proof means of taking a drink with you.

I’ve purchased this mug for work because my brews have a tendency to go cold, so I’m hoping that I can enjoy hot brews longer 😁

I use it every single day, it’s perfect for bringing liquid to work. It’s easy to clean, ice stays solid all day, hot drinks stay hot, and I’m about to buy a second one because I’m a two-drink minimum kind of guy.

This is a great cup! It is high quality and feels nice in the hand. It isn’t leak proof, but doesn’t spill out fast if it is tipped over. It has been dropped with barely a dent. It keeps the drink nice and cold. It works great and looks good, too!
