Truly beautiful words and pictures
A lovely repetition and rhythm to this poem, which makes it memorable and fun to read to little ones. The illustrations are so colourful and beautiful to look at. Such a heartwarming story about embracing, accepting and loving who you are, a lesson we can probably all take heed of! Love this book, couldn’t recommend it more.

Absolutely gorgeous!
This is a wonderfully written book with beautiful illustrations! My children loved it, and I really enjoyed reading it to them! It has a lovely message and was great to discuss the story afterwards. Will definitely be one we read over and over again! I think it’s aimed at every age; my 5 year old has enjoyed it being read to him by me and also my 8 year old loves reading it to us!

Fabulous children’s book
Originally bought this to keep at my house for the grandchildren.Family number one sneaked off with it so I bought another copy. Family number 2 did the same!So I had to buy a third so that the 4 grandchildren can have their favourite book whenever they stay over with me too. The youngest (Oscar age 4 ) also has the story (read by me!) on his headphones! It’s a lovely story with an important message -we are all different, come in all different shapes and sizes and how we should accept and celebrate our differences.A wonderful book with wonderful illustrations.

A beautiful book to help little ones with low self-esteem
This is a beautiful rhyming read with bright illustrations. We loved the extra touches of details like the ants at the tea party. The message that came across was that you cannot tell how someone is fee!ing just by looking at them. Crocodile meets several other animals who she feels are better than her. However, with the help of a blind monkey she learns that it helps to talk to others. A problem shared is a problem halved.Miss Ruby Heart loved it and give it🐾🐾🐶 4 Paws and a lick = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best children’s book out there!
This book is a must, think Julia Donaldson but better! Lovely bright drawings and great rhythmic story. It has been a firm favourite in our house since purchasing. I will now be ordering the latest book by the same author.

Love this Book and So Does my 3 year Old
The message was excellent! I will read this to my son for years to come because it serves as a reminder to be happy with ourselves and our differences. That message ages well and is still applicable as an adult. My son stays engaged the full time I am reading this book and loves the pictures. Thank you for sharing such a positive book.
