This publication of the book is sub par quality. It looks like someone found the text of the original Elements of Style online, copied and pasted it into Word, printed it, and bound it together in a cheap cover. There are even "track changes" edits throughout the book! The formatting is a mess everywhere with large unexplained spaces and gaps. This is truly an unacceptable product and should not even be sold. It is false advertising and I am returning it immediately with a complaint to Amazon.I gave it three stars so people would be more likely to read my review. DO NOT BUY THIS VERSION!! It's a classic. Originally written early in the 20th century, it's as valid and authoritative today as it was when it was originally written by Mr. Strunk.

Same content, only in thin floppy large form. I was expecting be the small paperback I remembered from decades ago. Also, examples are printed exactly like the author's words, so it's sometimes hard to tell where each starts. I regret not ordering this in a previous format.

Not the most exciting book, but worth the read

This copy is only a portion of the original book. The parts that are there are excellent and classic, but if you are looking for the full volume, you will want a different version.

The advice is generally pretty good, but the layout is pretty shambolic. There are clearer style guides out there in my opinion.
