I wanted a light weight mesh trainer to wear for work,a hospital ward, in hot weather. .the first pair I ordered Amazon sent me the wrong size and I'm really glad now as I looked thru,read reviews and ordered these! . . The 4 1/2 fits me perfectly,I usually take a 5 when I can't get this size and wear thicker socks! . . I have to say they are the most comfortable trainer I have owned. They are very light weight and it' feels like your walking on sponges! The all black ones look really smart with my uniform,so much so that a few of my nurses have asked me to pass the link onto them so that they can order a pair for work! . . I highly recommend these trainers not just for running.but for quick walking too. . It's 1616 and I've just taken them off after wearing them all day at work,and my feet miss having them on already. .

I received the trainer within a day or two with was cool.im a size UK 7 but they only did UK 7.5 so I ordered them thinking it would be OK!! It wasn't they were well to big so gave them to my brother who's a size 8 an they fit him perfectly so maybe keep that in mind people. The trainers themselves were brilliant amazing quality looked fantastic just gutted I couldn't keep them for myself!!!!!

Bought them for my son as cheap trainers. He loves them as they are really springy and comfortable. The gaps in soles are tricky to clean if they get muddy
