Great replacement set for our wood stove. There was a mental flange piece that was missing, but my husband contacted the manufacturer and the piece was mailed right over.

installation a little difficult

I accidentally cracked the ceramic baffle in my woodstove and needed a replacement. I googled the part and the prices were up to $100 in difference. I ordered this one. It came in the time quoted and it fits. Piece of cake to install (even for an inexperienced person). SO, here's the ugly side. It just been ONE year later and it is cracked!!! I need to order another. Will this manufacturer help with the cost of this?
