DOES THE JOB !
I thought the flash drive would be confusing to use, but it is not. Just follow the directions and you can download whatever you want from your phone or laptop. I downloaded my phone contacts and pics from my iPhone and then downloaded pics from my MacBook Air M1. It doesn't remove the contacts or pics , it copies them onto the flash drive. This really was easy.
