Nordic WareProForm Bundt, 12 Cup, Gray

I was skeptical about purchasing this after some of the reviews commented that the pan was thin and lightweight. It is but feels durable. It baked really well and was easy to clean. I am pleased.

This bundt is so easy to use. Everything always slides out, no problem. I've had it for several months and there's been no rusting or wear to the finish. It cleans up in a snap. I will say that it's very thin and light, so if you're used to baking with heavier pans, this will feel chintzy, but I haven't noticed any issues with baking times. It's just a good pan. I've made tons of cakes in it and every single one has come out perfectly.

I have several Nordic Ware pans but did not have a traditional (plain) Bundt cake pan. I needed one that would have at least 12-cup capacity which this one does (many of Nordic Ware design pans are only 10-cup capacity). I use Pam for Baking cooking spray (it has flour in it) - do not judge! - I just find it easier & reliable!! As long as you spray in all the nooks the cake will come right out. Good basic pan to have on hand!

This is second bundt pan ordered. Returned first one b/c I thought it too small and too lightweight. This one -- pretty much the same, but at least this one has handles. Can't believe how lightweight these pans are, but oh well. Have made one cake which turned out "slightly" darker than expected (and oh so good!!), but that was cook's fault. Should have followed recipe instructions, but instead followed cake box instructions. Oops! Used that Baker's spray on stuff. Wise to do that! Washes easily. Just for kicks, measured just how close to 12 cups this pan is and yes, it holds 12 cups of water ALMOST to the top of the pan. And since instructions state don't fill to top, what's the point of claiming it holds 12 cups when it actually doesn't and won't? Try to fill this pan almost to the top with a cake recipe (for example) and you'll have a major mess to clean up. So ... don't try this at home kids !! All in all, yep, it's a bundt pan.

Great quality; easy to use & easy to clean.

This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Bundt pans can be so difficult to use sometimes, but this one is a true jewel. I have to admit that I was a little bit, surprised that it was smaller than I thought it would be, but it is definitely nonstick in pound cakes and Bundt cakes come out very easily.

Purchased several months ago. Used it for the first time yesterday. I made a pizza monkey bread. The monkey bread browned evenly. But biggest win was zero sticking. Even with all the cheese and sauce, it came out of the pan perfectly. I like that the pan is lighter in weight. Don't hesitate to purchase!!!
