great looking 'singing bowl' complete with cushion and wooden stick to run around the edge and generate the unique sound, typical Tiibetan or Nepalese item. with practice the noise can be generated louder and more varied, a truly unique item that looks and sounds 'special'. practice makes a longer more varied but equally special noise.

I am impressed by this tibetan ringing bowl. It's very traditional-looking in design, and solidly made. It may take a few tries to manage an affinity between you, the bowl and the striker, but it's worth persisting for it's calming, meditative effect. It comes with a cushion, which actually makes a far more effective base for the bowl when you are ringing it than your open hand, which can dull the sound.

I love this best £16 I have spent yet. I will definitely be getting more, the sound is ao soothing and the vibration if you rest it on your palm. Also the cushion is very cute 😍

I purchased this unsure what to expect as mixed reviews but I love it. I am a beginner but found it easy to get the bowl to sing. It’s very pretty and lovely cushion. The cushion was inside the bowl so a little uneven I’ve tried to flatten out. I don’t know if it’s because I’m in experienced but I’m finding it hard to use the bowl on the cushion it’s rotating or coming off. I think the bowl is lovely and good value for money only downside I would say is if this was a gift I wouldn’t be happy just as it came wrapped in brown paper and bubble wrap no box so if you do order as gift you will need to wrap yourself and no instructions so will need to purchase book seperatly.
