Really cool, BUT…
This light is really cool, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. First, the packaging was terrible. There was plastic wrap around each layer, and a couple pieces of foam paper. The box had extra space so the light was just bouncing around in it with no cushion to keep it safe. Amazon put the manufacturers box in an oversized box with no padding to keep it in place, so extra bouncing around. As a result we have at least 6 broken crystals, and it only came with two replacements. Second, the directions are really lacking, and the labels on the electrical are not in English. We’ve installed a lot of ceiling light fixtures, so we were able to figure it all out without instructions, but if you’ve never installed a light fixture, don’t expect the directions to walk you through the process. Luckily my husband can read Chinese characters, because the labels for the electrical were only in Chinese. Third, the remote is wired incorrectly. The blue button changes the light to green, and the green button changes the light to blue. Not a huge deal, but a detail that shouldn’t be overlooked. We love the concept of this light, but hope some adjustments can be made so that it can deserve 5 stars.

Don’t buy from this seller!!
Don’t buy from this seller! The chandelier is a stud and won’t turn on. I missed return window as our electrician could not finish the project on time; however it is within 90 days of warranty. I contacted the seller and they don’t return messages. DON’T buy from them

Beautiful and worth the money
My electrician only issue is the powered electrical cord is thin and not to supportive to hold the chandelier in place. We figured it out with support from his thicker electrical wire. I have the medium and large chandelier and they are beautiful 🤍

Fault advertisement
They said that you can adjust the length from the sealing to the floor to a max 43" when in reality the max length it's about a bit more than 2' also they are pretty small compared to the pictures they have.

Definitely a two MAN Job!
This is a beautiful piece!! Lights are very bright and well worth the price! Install was a little difficult. But whatever happens don’t tangle the wires!!
