Q: Will this fit s8 active

I'm not sure. I have a regular s8 and it fit perfectly. Not sure about the active.

Q: Does this provide tools for removal, installation and Glue to fix?

Yes (with a note): Removal tool and glue is part of the kit. You will also need a heat gun to heat the phone to melt the glue. There are some excellent video tutorials available which was what I used. Only tricky part is re-attaching the cable.

Q: How do you re-adhere the fingerprint sensor and flash lens? Same adhesive as back glass (B-7000), or some other method?

There is a seal already attached to the replacement cover. Remove old cover. Clean off any old residue on the sensor and where the case meets the frame and then replace cover with new seal.
