Would they fit Everdell cards and secondly Ticket to Ride?

Hi. This sleeves will fit perfectly on a 63 x 88mm card. Ticket to ride card size is 44mm x 68mm (or 56 x 87 if anniv. edition), Everdell are 63.5 x 88mm and then they even have the small cards. None of these fit in a Perfect Fit sleeve as they will either be too loose or won't fit in. Sorry. You best option is either look for Standard+Mini for Everdell and depending on what version of ticket to ride you own, either Small sleeves or Standard sleeves.

Would they fit yu gu oh cards?

No, these are for traditional size like Pokemon and Magic the Gathering. Yugi cards are smaller in lenght so the card would be loose inside the sleeve.
