Good toothpaste which reduced sensitivity, I have not used it for long enough to know its long terms effects but seems to be of a good quality and works. The texture is quite stringy which might be strange at first for some people.

This white toothpaste is a bit thicker than normal ones and seems to stick gently to your teeth which I like as it stays where it is needed. I am not too keen on the taste but it's not awful, just my preference. I don't have sensitive teeth so I can't comment on whether it helps qoth sensitivity. Definitely value for money.
