Easy install and worked as expected.
The media could not be loaded. Easy installation for what I needed it for and worked as expected. Installed the spring plunger (lock pins) on my Milwaukee rolling tool box. We’ll see how long it will last.Makes it easy to remove the handle which allows me to throw the tool box on the back of my truck and close the bed cover.

More of an impulse buy than anything but I'm happy with the performance of this product.
I purchased this to install on my M1lwaukee Packout rolling tool box (the smaller one) so the handle can be fully removed for transporting in the trunk of my car. It worked great! It makes it so you don't need any tools to remove and replace the handle. Jut pull on the pins, turn them slightly so they stay out and you can slide the handle out. Just as easy to reinstall it

Doesn't seem to be the best quality
They work but the quality is questionable. Also it is difficult to line it up to allow it to close

Works great with a little modification.
I followed the other post and made the hole in handle a little bigger 5/32, drilled hole in plastic 3/16, tapped plastic m6 x 1.0 worked great but found that its still a little short to use the nut. With it not long enough if I pulled back the plunger it would loosen up and not be the same depth. To fix this issue I set the nut over the hole and used a soldering pencil to heat it up and press it down into the plastic.

Good concept but not great.
Good concept but not strong enough. The install was incorrect and needed to purchase a metric tap to drill into the packout case. There is no way to install them by threading them into a drilled out hole. They are not sturdy enough to tap themselves in.Once installed then needed to enlarge hole in handle to accept pins so it locks in place.Thought it would work good but one of the pins broke using it for less than a week.Replaced with bolts until better quality pins are available.

NOT 1/4-20 threaded!
The quality of the parts are surprisingly nice for the price, but I was disappointed to find that the thread was incorrect. It's not 1/4-20, I believe it's a metric size. I was able to drive it into a 13/64 hole I drill for tapping (into wood), so it worked out, but beware, and make sure you have the right hole size and tap if that's your intention!

Perfect item for my needs
I like the fact that the threaded shaft was a standard size and that you can pull back on the knob, turn and lock it out of the way.

Don't tap, drill then thread with itself!
I tried to use a metal tap on one side, it was too much for the plastic and was loose. The second I threaded it by screwing it into the plastic by hand and rotating to final position with pliers. If you begin to strip it, like I did with a tap, just use Teflon tape. Functions well, I needed to mark on the bar so I know it's in position to lock-in faster.

One of the best packout mods
This is a great mod to yourMilwaukee packout rolling tote. The tote handle can be removed to fit in a truck bed with a bed cover. The handle should be reverse dented so the pins can easily seat into the holes. 1/4 turn of the pins and they stay out so you can slide the handle down. Another 1/4 and some wiggling of the handle the pins pop in. I used 13/64 drill bit to enlarge the holes and a regular M6 X 1.0 bolt to make my thread and these just screw right in.

Works just as well as the 'official' overpriced one
Used a 5mm drill to open the hole a bit bigger, and tapped the hole with a 1/4 UNC. Didn't need the nuts, but they can be used if you mistakenly make the hole too big. Only had to enlarge the hole on the chest since the pin fits the existing hole on the railing.
