Like a lot of people, I was a little nervous about buying such an expensive product from Amazon. But honestly, the experience turned out way better than I expected. The phone arrived a day early and came with the charging cable. I ordered it in "excellent" condition, and it seriously looked brand new. The battery health was at 86%, which was pretty solid. I used it almost non-stop the first day just to see how the battery held up, and it easily lasted all day with some charge left (though of course, battery life depends on how you use it).The camera is awesome. Photos come out super clear. Even after using it for hours, the phone barely got warm. Transferring all my contacts, photos, apps, and everything else from my old iPhone X was super fast and easy.Honestly, the whole experience was so good that I’m pretty sure I'll keep buying iPhones from Amazon whenever I upgrade.

I ended up going to best Buy before purchasing here and had a horrible outcome. I ended up returning the phone and came on here and I love my phone! ive had it a little over a year now and its NEVER given me any problems. I say try it out and pay the extra money for protections so your getting a phone thats been tested and thats in great condition.

I originally ordered the Graphite color, but was sent the Silver instead. I know some would be upset about this but I actually like the color better so I’m not too disappointed.What I was most disappointed about was the shipping. It was supposed to arrive on a Monday, but it wasn’t even shipped out yet and Amazon delayed the order completely. I reached out to the seller and they did their best to help so I won’t really blame them for this inconvenience.The phone itself is great so far, I have yet to actually use it and switch over to it. The battery capacity is at 95% and the box came with a charger. I’m excited to use it and hopefully it was worth the delay and the little color mix up.

After many issues (Slow charging, an unoriginal camera, and some others) with an iPhone from a different seller, I purchased a new one from DAILYSALES.Buying this iPhone from DAILYSALES was the best decision. The item came in good condition, and was neater than I even expected for a "good condition" renewed device. The device came with complementary wired headphones, earbuds, and an Apple charger.

Ignore the haters. This came with the single most MINIMAL scratch on the screen. And I only noticed because my face was super close. 85% battery life, no other problems, 1 TB of space all for $599 pre tax (at the time of order).

I never write recommendations however I am so so so impressed with everything I don’t even know where to start. I ordered this phone with so much doubt and fear because my previous experience of buying a used phone was so disappointing. I let the seller know my concerns and they responded and told me not to worry. The phone arrived on time with no dent or scratches and a battery life of 91%. The camera was in amazing condition and the phone is literally comparable to a new phone! I cannot tell any differences. The screen had no cracks or damage. And the phone arrived very well packaged! I highly highly recommend!!!!

Described as Excellent condition and it was!! Like brand new! Battery at 95% charging capacity. Quickly shipped and very happy with my new phone!!! Would purchase from this seller again!Just be sure when ordering that you check the condition of the phone you want - if you want one in excellent condition, pay the extra cost. Don’t order one in ‘good’ or ‘acceptable’ condition and complain of little scratches.

Ordered this phone not really knowing what to expect. I have never ordered off Amazon for this but wanted to save some money. Ordered the "excellent" refurbished phone as an upgrade from my very old iphone 8. I was pleasantly surprised. The phone was in great condition no scratches, Camera works great and the it holds a good charge. The charger that they sent with it was old, generic and virtually useless, used the one I had to charge it up, and there was no SIM remover included. Data transfer was very easy. Overall, good purchase.
