I bought this tooth polisher as I noticed that I've developed some noticeable (unsightly brownish) stains on some of my teeth.Background: I take somewhat good care of my teeth - deeply floss and brush each morning (though not twice as recommended). However, I do drink tea twice a day and do not brush after drinking the tea. So, that could be the primary reason for seeing my stains, also, I am a male age 65 and so perhaps age may have some affect on staining (though I don't really know ... aging is a blessing but we known it makes many things challenging, e.g. it may adversely change the mouth microbiome.)I wanted to see how polishing at home works. I was pleasantly surprised that it works quite well.The Physics: The polisher is basically a rubber concave disk that vibrates in intimate contact with the tooth thus removing any surface accumulations. It makes far better contact with the tooth than does a typical electric toothbrush. It looks same as the ones used by dental hygienists, though those are probably better quality (durability, etc.)At first, I used just my regular toothpaste (as I did not have any polishing paste compound at home.) I saw immediate reduction even on first day ... mind you, I did not expect a miracle. In a couple of days I received my tooth polishing paste (search Amazon, there are plenty). Using the polishing paste continued reducing my teeth stains to the point that it after about 4 or 5 uses my previously stained teeth match the rest of my (unstained) teeth. Great.I want to be careful not to overuse the polisher with the polishing compound as I imagine it haas the potential to wear off some of the protective natural enamel of the teeth, as the polishing pastes probably contain some abrasive agents. So, I will use this polisher say once a week with my normal toothpaste, and perhaps with the polishing paste as needed.I am happy with, and I recommend this teeth polisher.

This product works well

I should have taken a before and after but I didn't, but I has staining kind of like that other lady that left a review. Brown spots on my front top teeth. Using this and a polish I bought on Amazon (just green mint little individual polish like they use at the dentist) it took off most of my stains. There are a couple tough spots that don't wanna come off but i only worked at it for like 30 minutes mainly focusing on my two front teeth. I think with a bit more time and maybe a different polish or tooth paste I can get the rest of the stains off. So maybe ill update my review if i can get the rest of the stains off that are in the "after" picture i included. My staining is mostly from coffee, braces/enamel issues, and dabbing. Still have some work to do but compared to before I'm happy and will feel a bit less embarrassed when I get to the dentist.

It's good for the money. Kind of a "you get what you pay for" type deal. It doesn't have a lot of power, And you can't really push hardly at all while brushing your teeth. Almost more like a glide across.It also came dead, which would not be a big deal, except for it does not light up while you're charging it so I thought it came broken. It is extremely light so I actually thought there was no batteries in it to charge, And there is a little "door" that looks like you can open it to replace or change batteries (Even though it is a rechargeable toothbrush) And that door would not open. So I sat for a while confused on what to do with it. I eventually just left it on the charger to see what it would do and it was fine.This would be a good product if you're on the fence on getting a polishing toothbrush, And don't want to spend a lot of money on a quality one.

I am a pack a day smoker and heavy iced tea drinker as well as have a lot of bonding repairs in my mouth... this combination allows for stains to happen quickly. I literally just paid $85 to have my teeth cleaned 8 weeks ago and the stains were already coming back on my front teeth. This handy little device paired with some of the x-course minty tooth polish that can be found on here, cleaned the stains completely off within seconds. I am ecstatic! If you're considering making the purchase, DO IT! If you have long facial hair, be mindful.Side note, I purchased the package deal with the water flosser. At the price point with the package deal, I feel the water flosser was an ok deal. It leaks while in use by design and goes through the water tank very quickly. Seems to be effective, though. I would NOT pay the retail price.
